The fall season is a great opportunity for all athletes to fine tune their skills and continue their conditioning before hockey tryouts. Spend some time with our experienced hockey trainers on the ice, in the gym and on the skating treadmill to get your hockey legs back in shape and improve your skating technique, speed, acceleration and endurance.

The Edge Fall Training Camp Includes:

| Mondays | 3:30, 4:30, 5:30, 6:30 p.m. |
| Tuesdays | 3:30, 4:30, 5:30, 6:30 p.m. |
| Wednesdays | 3:00, 4:00, 5:00, 6:00 p.m. |
| Thursdays | 3:00, 4:00, 5:00, 6:00 p.m. |
All Fall Training Camp athletes may schedule four Open Treadmill sessions August 30 - September 30
ALL registered Fall Training Camp athletes receive 4 one-hour treadmill training sessions at The Edge Performance Hockey Training Center.
Sessions may be scheduled at your convenience during any of our Open Treadmill hours August 30 through September 30.
After your registration is complete, use our Dibs claiming tool to schedule your treadmill training sessions.
