What We Do
The Edge Performance Hockey Training Center is a place where athletes of all ages can have fun while improving their skills. We use one-on-one instruction, timely feedback, and state-of-the art equipment to train athletes to become stronger, faster, more flexible, and more powerful.
Our personalized, age-appropriate programs give each individual athlete the tools they need to maximize their true potential and gain the edge.
